Decorative and functional glasswork by clients of the Community Residences program proved a big hit during their first appearance at the Ballston Arts & Crafts Market, and the group’s wares are likely to become a fixture at the monthly marketplace into the fall.

“Today is going extremely well,” said Laurie Barton, creative coordinator of the Arlington ArtWorks program, as she helped sell artwork at the outdoor market on Aug. 8.
